At long last we are finally back! Things have been quite busy in our lives. I've since graduated college and Joe has spent some time on the Emerald Isle, but now it's all business.
First and foremost, we have a new release! I'm speaking of THE FRENCH COPNNECTION/NINE WILL DIE split 7". Both bands have two songs each, one of which is a cover (to be revealed only when you actually listen to it). This stuff is really amazing, and you'd be a fool to not pick it up. As always, the 7" is available at either band's shows or through our online store! I should also mention the beautiful artwork and fold-out packaging. We should be getting some soundclips from this 7" up soon.
Second, there is a new band added to the Leedspoint roster: BRIDGE MADE OF BATS. The band consists of Joe Decarolis (guitar, voice) and Christian Nelson (drums) from the FRENCH CONNECTION, and Scott Hammer (bass, voices) from I CONTROL THE DINOSAURS. These boys have been playing together for a few weeks and already have a handful of intense songs. They'll be playing a few shows in mid-late August, and will record a demo for the label in the coming weeks. Third, Leedspoint will be operating solely out of Philadelphia now, and we will have a change of address in the coming weeks. We'll keep you posting with all the information very soon.
