So the site is finally up and I, for one, couldn't be happier. This afternoon, after a miserable attempt at grasping propositional logic, I found myself sprawled out on the floor of a friend's apartment staring into the face of an awkward googly-eyed stuffed lion. Amidst the absurdity my position in space and time and psycho-trauma of Cartesian failings, I couldn't help but think how wonderful it might be to have a website for the label finished. I had no indication of what Ryan was going to do until he showed me the near-finished product, and I thought it absolutely amazing. I can only imagine that more surprises are soon to follow the already accomplished product. Never having had a Leedspoint website before, I have very oblique ideas of what this page should consist. If anyone would like to offer ideas, do not delay.

In label-related news, we have some incredible releases planned for the near future. Upon recording a few DR. ACULA'S GHOUL SURGERY songs with Joe over our spring break, we have decided to scrap the idea of a More Ghosts! 7" and make a five or six song CD out of all the material we will continue to record. So far it has been a rather strange mix or cathedral-esque organ reverberation and post-rock anthems, complete with often unintelligible vocal stylings by yours truly. Expect that out by mid-summer. In the meantime, we should be putting some of the mp3s online. Check the BANDS page for links.

I CONTROL THE DINOSAURS will also have a CDep entitled "Pre-History" in the very near future, hopefully toward mid-summer as well. As of now three of the possible five songs are recorded, all of which can be found online at our website. Check the BANDS page for links.

No word yet on the CAMERON "Substance" 2xCD. It will just be a matter of obtaining some of the material and compiling it, and then everything should be ready to go.

I have also got the idea in my head to have an acoustic event where a few of South Jersey's upstanding artists play ankle deep in the Atlantic Ocean. This will most likely happen at Long Beach Island, but I'm trying to decide whether anyone will actually show up. Possible ideas are acoustic Misfits covers and long rambling folk tales (of which I know many). If you would attend this, let me know and I'll give it some serious thought. Although we are awaiting many new releases, we still have a good number of past releases for sale. Soon we should have a credit card ordering system up, but in the meantime you can still order through the more archaic mail system.

Those releases are:

BRADFORD AVE. / CAMERON split 7" DR. ACULA'S GHOUL SURGERY- "Consumption" CD - this compiles our first two CDs, which are now well out of print.

See the ordering page for details. More news to come.
